Smith Brothers Collision Centers all started in this Brookhaven location. We have also expanded into McComb & Hattiesburg. Our growth has all come from one concept. We accept all insurance and will file your claim, but the difference is, we work for you not the insurer. And, like our other locations we have a great selection of the latest, coolest truck and automotive accessories which we sell and install. Our goal is to make sure our customer’s vehicles are safe and retain their value after the repair. We accomplish this by only repairing to the original manufactures specifications. This is why Smith Brothers Collision is certified by the actual manufactures that make the cars and trucks you drive. No other shops in south west Mississippi provide as much training and have more manufacturer certifications then Smith Brothers Collision Centers! We believe consumers pay a lot for insurance and when their vehicles are damaged, they rightfully expect them to be returned to their original factory condition. That’s why we’ve invested in all the training necessary to become an OEM/Original Equipment Manufactured certified collision center.
I loved our Representative Teddy. Very sweet and understanding. Was very patient with me and my mother and was also very helpful in answering my mother’s questions about the insurance claim. Thank you, Teddy and May God continue to bless you.
Took longer than expected, but that was Geico’s fault. If they had listened to Smith Brothers personal and ordered the part they said was needed would have been done a lot sooner. Can’t blame Smith Brothers for that. I highly recommend using Smith Brothers again if needed. They do a great job.
I can’t say enough about great things about Smith Brothers. They were so helpful and supportive through the entire process. Oh and they were quick with the repairs.
I was recently rear-ended by a texting millennial applying eyeliner in his Prius. The guys at smith brothers re-chromed my ball hitch but had to completely rebuild the Prius. I was absolutely shocked at how well they were able to put that overgrown golf cart back together and make it look like a car!
